Work for some reason has been crazy busy the last three weeks and doesn't seem to be slowing down. I worked through my lunch today and still didn't get things wrapped up until 7:30! Thank goodness Drew was home to cook dinner.
Things are going well here, just busy! Drew had two more interviews last week and hopefully I'll get time this week to post about them.
We are also trying to gear up as he has one more this week, plus we have visitors coming for the weekend and then beginning Sunday he will have four interviews in seven days!
Well I'd love to update more but there is still some laundry to do and tidying to do before I head off to bed!

That's so nice that husband was there to cook you dinner. :)
It stinks to be so busy, but I'm glad to hear that Drew is getting a lot of interviews under his belt. Try to keep positive amongst all the pressure.
That's what I'm working on. John just had his interview at the local university near us. It was our top choice to stay for his preliminary year (so I could stay and get my tenure at the school I teach at) and we had high hopes that he would easily get it. After that first year, our plan was to go to whatever program was the best that he could get into. This school urged him to apply and promised him good results. But he went on his interview and met 3 other people in his program that also are competing for the 6 spots (it is their top choice too)and now I'm kind of flipping out. John's not as confident that he will get in now and I really don't want to have to leave my job yet. How are you dealing with leaving your job? I'm trying to tell myself that God will make things work out in the end, but suddenly, with this new turn of events I am freaking out a bit. I'd love to hear how you're dealing with balancing Drew's dreams with your own.
Good luck to Drew on the interviews! I'll bet he is a pro after all this!
